Harmonica Story

Prologue: Unable to find a good new-watch and in anticipation of season 2 coming out in the spring, I decided to re-watch Oreimo.

Story: I came to like a track very much from the OST called "Hitotoki" a while back. I don't know what it translates to but google translate said it meant "moment" and for all I know, it can be something else too.

Readers and future me: close your eyes and listen to some of it (the entire thing is a bit under 2 minutes) and see what kind of image comes to mind. For me, Hitotoki paints an image of a melancholic atmosphere... where the setting sun bleed hues of crimson and gold on the characters... during the calm before a storm, or the calm after a storm.

Conclusion: One thing in real life that seems missing is background music when events and things happen. On a side note, I've always wanted to play an instrument. And this is where the two ideas collide together with me fulfilling such a role. It's kinda silly but music can brilliantly amplify emotions, feelings, and memories greatly. I think this will be the music to push me to learn the harmonica one day before the end of this year.
